The Service Lot Porter-Valet Person helps ensure customer satisfaction by moving vehicles around the service area/lot, maintaining vehicle and lot cleanliness, delivering vehicles to customers after service, and transporting customers as needed.

The ideal candidate has high energy, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. Good communication and customer service skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential. Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions and maneuver vehicles in tight spaces is required. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.

• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and the lot.
• Install protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought for service.
• Service vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
• Wash and clean vehicles as needed.
• Maintain lot appearance by cleaning and removing snow/debris.
• Maintain shop cleanliness.
• Handle dealer trades.
• Transport customers to/from their homes as needed.
• Ensure documentation compliance with regulations.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

No experience is necessary, but auto dealership experience is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates must hold a valid California driver’s license with a clean record, be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles, and work safely in tight spaces. We seek dependable, professional, and customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills are required.

Bilingual ability is a plus. College students may apply and work around their schedules.
