What You’ll DoAs a core member of our HR team, you’ll lead and support a broad range of people initiatives:
Lead Talent & Culture Programs- Own full‑cycle recruiting for select roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Deliver engaging new hire orientations that build excitement and connection.
- Support managers in coaching, performance conversations, promotions, and team development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters.
- Manage benefits programs, leave administration, and employee assistance offerings with empathy and accuracy.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting across benefits, personnel data, compliance, and workforce analytics.
- Administer performance review and salary programs to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Conduct compensation/wage surveys to help ensure competitive pay within the market.
- Partner with leadership to identify trends, reduce turnover, and improve engagement.
- Coordinate and deliver training on interviewing, hiring, safety, harassment prevention, and more.
- Prepare HR budgets and participate in organizational planning.
- Represent the company in HR‑related investigations and hearings.
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a genuine interest in helping people succeed
- Excellent communication skills — able to navigate conversations with professionalism and care
- Working knowledge of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and employment laws
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
