What You’ll Do

As a core member of our HR team, you’ll lead and support a broad range of people initiatives:

Lead Talent & Culture Programs
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for select roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Deliver engaging new hire orientations that build excitement and connection.
  • Support managers in coaching, performance conversations, promotions, and team development.
Champion Employee Experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters.
  • Manage benefits programs, leave administration, and employee assistance offerings with empathy and accuracy.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe working environment.
Drive HR Operations Excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting across benefits, personnel data, compliance, and workforce analytics.
  • Administer performance review and salary programs to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Conduct compensation/wage surveys to help ensure competitive pay within the market.
Support Organizational Growth
  • Partner with leadership to identify trends, reduce turnover, and improve engagement.
  • Coordinate and deliver training on interviewing, hiring, safety, harassment prevention, and more.
  • Prepare HR budgets and participate in organizational planning.
  • Represent the company in HR‑related investigations and hearings.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a genuine interest in helping people succeed
  • Excellent communication skills — able to navigate conversations with professionalism and care
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and employment laws
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
