Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in a cold-storage environment in Telford, TF7 area.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires good attention to detail and the ability to work in lower temperatures. Ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and are reliable team players.

General warehouse duties

Heavy lifting and manual handling

Working in chilled and freezer areas

Picking and packing products accurately

Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets

Comfortable working in cold environments (including entering the freezer)

Strong attention to detail

Able to lift heavy items

Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

£12.70 per hour

Consistent 4 on 4 off rota – 6am to 6pm (rota will include weekends)

Full training provided
