Tractor Driver

• Temp-to-Perm Role (£14/hr) We are looking for an experienced Tractor Driver to join a busy farm on a temp-to-perm basis . This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role after a successful probation/trial period.

Location:

TF11 Rate: £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and secure agricultural or industrial tractors and machinery Perform fieldwork including ploughing, planting, spraying, and harvesting Assist with general farm duties when tractor work is completed, such as grading, packing, and loading Requirements:
Previous tractor driving experience Ability to start early during peak periods Availability to work 6 days out of 7 during the busiest times Own transport (due to site location) Reliability and a strong work ethic Benefits:
