Electrician

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well‑established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000 ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30,000 ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as we are currently looking to recruit additional staff to support our ever‑growing business. We carry out site set‑ups and installations of temporary site welfare offices/toilet blocks and cabins throughout the UK. We also offer a range of electrical hire items which require testing and maintenance between hires.

Electrician/Fitter to be based at our Telford depot. Applicants must have an 18th Edition licence and be fully qualified and competent in carrying out electrical maintenance, testing and repairs on a number of hire items including water pumps, showers and hot wash units.

• Carry out PAT testing on hire equipment.
• Repair and maintain hire electrical equipment.
• Support internal training and progression.

• 18th Edition licence.
• NVQ qualification.
• Fully qualified and competent in electrical maintenance, testing & repairs.

Salary: £20.00 per hour

Hours: Minimum 40 per week, overtime available and will be required during busy periods. Travelling and occasional nights out.

Company provided: Van and mobile phone.

Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year, includes 8 bank holidays. For every 2 full years you work for the company you will receive an additional days holiday, up to a maximum of 5 additional days along with a workplace pension scheme.
