Position: New Business Sales Executive (Outbound sales)

As part of the Plan group, Telserve our Direct Sales Centre in Telford is growing fast, and we're on the hunt for high‑energy Sales Executives who want pace, challenge and uncapped earning potential. This position is office based.

The Package
  • Basic salary: £28,000 £ 35,000 (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000+
  • Regular incentives individual and company‑wide
  • 28 days holiday

The Role

You will be the lead point of contact for business Mobile Phone accounts, driving growth through converting quality leads, proactive outbound sales and relationship management.

You Will
  • Sell & Upsell:
    Identify opportunities and match customers with the right solutions
  • Hit Targets:
    Smash monthly KPIs and unlock commission and bonuses
  • Own Your Accounts:
    Use our in‑house systems to track usage and deliver great service
  • Stay Hungry:
    There's always more to go after here

  • Sales experience is essential, ideally in a call centre environment (telecoms a bonus, not a blocker)
  • Confident and comfortable on the phone outbound doesn’t scare you
  • Resilient, motivated and able to bounce back from rejection
  • Someone who wants more than just a basic salary
