Working in the Ci North Sales team within the Ci Distribution arm of Centerprise International with the primary focus of new business generation to build a database of buying clients. New business wins provide a significant opportunity for Ci North and the Company as a whole, to develop business selling IT hardware, software and associated services Centerprise can provide. The Sales Executive will develop a good understanding of the business issues facing Reseller customers whilst also learning about the full set of capabilities provided by Ci North and the wider company.
The Sales Executive will be exposed to every element of the sales cycle, from telephone and face-to-face meetings with the client, to internal meetings, preparation of quotations and proposals, to reporting on all sales activities.
Key Objectives- To sell and promote Ci Distribution products and services
- To meet/exceed sales targets
- To agree performance levels required to achieve targets
- To be professional as a representative of Ci Distribution
- Develop a database of buying customers
- Display effective time management
- To make customers aware of the range of products and services Ci Distribution offers
- To inform and advise customers on resolving their IT requirements
- To follow up on leads
- To document and update KPI reports in the correct manner
- To update pipeline feedback in daily brief
- To submit and daily reports required on time
- To get referrals
- To identify and report own performance issues
- To ensure all of your customers are spoken to at least every four weeks
- To meet with customers and potential customers regularly
- To ensure the Business Manager is kept regularly informed of your activity
- To improve knowledge and skill set required to successfully carry out role
- To ensure that any hindrances to performing role are quickly resolved
Reports in to the Business Manager
• Integrate into the Ci North and wider Distribution team
• Work alongside and communicate with all departments within Centerprise International, adhering to Company procedures.
As with all personnel within the business, the individual will also be required to show:
- A commitment to comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy
- A commitment to promptly report any security weaknesses or incidents
- A commitment to adopt and maintain a Health and Safety culture within the Group
