Location: Telford & Tamworth (Multi-site role)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Floating Sales Advisor to support new homes developments across the Telford and Tamworth region
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance across various developments.

• Providing professional sales cover across multiple new homes developments
• Delivering outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to completion
• Managing reservations and progressing sales in line with company targets
• Conducting development tours and property viewings
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
• Working closely with site teams and regional management
• Ensuring marketing suites and show homes are presented to a high standard

• ✔ Proven experience in new homes sales (essential)
• ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
• ✔ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites
• ✔ Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
• ✔ Flexible and adaptable to varying locations
• ✔ Full UK driving licence preferred

• Full-time, stable Monday–Friday working pattern
