Key Account Manager – Wine & Spirits Division

Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and liaise the relationship with buyers in supermarket chains, discount stores and convenience stores.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with buyers to balance company objectives with partner requirements.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share to achieve company’s target.
  • Coordinate and review trade activities, including product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies to ensure seamless execution & maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing team to organize and deploy marketing events, promotions, and lead generation program.
  • Analyze market trends and historical data to create accurate sales forecasts and sales suggestions.
  • Conduct regular reports on sales performance with competitors analysis for management review.
  • Regular store visits to observe market changes and competitor activities in order to identify business opportunity.
  • To control A&P budgets agreed in the brand plans ensuring that the expenditures are within the budget at all time.
Requirements
  • University graduate.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years experiences in handling Key accounts of Wine & Spirits or FMCG industry.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and negotiation techniques.
  • Positive, well organized, self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges, reliable, persistent and result-orientated.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
