Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities

Manage and liaise the relationship with buyers in supermarket chains and convenience stores and Japanese department stores …etc

Plan, initiate and execute promotions to ensure the sales target in on track

Negotiate on trading terms and promotional activities

Manage merchandisers, analysis sales data and gather market intelligence

Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analyses for management review

Regular store visits to observe market changes and competitor activities as well as identify business opportunity

To control A&P budgets agreed in the brand plans ensuring that the expenditures are always within the budget.

To work closely with the Principal’s or Brand Owner’s representative to ensure any activities are in compliance with the brand guild-lines

Requirements

University graduate

Minimum of 4-5 years experiences in handling Retail Key Accounts of FMCG industry

More experience may consider offering senior position.

Outgoing, self-driven and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

Good at speaking in English and written English
