We are looking for our future Customer Contact Centre Agent M/F/X based in Telford for a permanent contract.
What you will do?As the face of our Customer Contact Centre, in order to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience, your role will involve developing meaningful relationships with our customers, taking ownership of their journeys with us, and providing a best‑in‑class level of service.
Your duties will include to :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues :
Handle all inbound calls and emails, ensuring efficient and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to process sales orders and maintain alignment with company standards.
- Perform administrative duties promptly and professionally, adhering to Health & Safety and company quality standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of all Hager products through self-learning and training, ensuring knowledgeable customer support.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
With a relevant experience in this area of competencies, you will have a:
- Demonstrated ability to excite and engage customers by providing exceptional service.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to drive for results, take action, and adapt to changing situations.
- Capability to drive engagement, inspire others, and demonstrate courage in decision‑making.
