JOB TITLE: Commercial Marketing Executive

HOURS: Monday – Friday : 8.30am - 5.00pm
REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing / Head of Commercial
Key AccountabilitiesDevelop, own and execute the Specification marketing strategy for Epwin Window Systems, aligning with our Specification Sales Team and overall business objectives.
- Create activity plans to support Specification Sales Team objectives and provide regular updates on performance
- Manage the Approved Commercial Partner Scheme, create and deliver a value proposition that its members see added value in. Identify and target opportunities to grow the scheme membership, and extend products and services to increase appeal
- Create and manage all Specification collateral, both print and online, and ensure content is correct and up to date.
Manage specification platforms and provide Specification Sales Team with leads
- Create KPIs for measuring success in your role and report them monthly
- Organise and attend relevant events
- Support Specification Sales Team as and where necessary
- Manage, record, assign and track specification leads via CRM platform
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Create and manage content for brochures, websites, email newsletters, and social media.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Organise and support shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with the Specification Sales Team to develop relevant marketing collateral and tools.
- Communicate campaign objectives and provide materials to support lead generation.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing and / or specification background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM, CMS, Google Analytics).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Experience working with technical or industrial products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
