Position: Machine technician (4 on 4 off)
Machine Technician (4 on 4 off - Days & Nights)

Site based role, commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge and Broseley.

£33,733 - £39,000 (First 3 Months) rising to £43,000 within 12 months + 4 on 4 off shift pattern + Weekly Pay + Overtime (1.5x) + Structured Training + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Average Holiday Pay + Tech Schemes + 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Role:

Operate, monitor and support the running of modern production machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Assist with machine changeovers, adjustments and basic fault finding to maintain efficient production

Work alongside experienced engineering teams to develop technical knowledge and practical skills

4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights

The Person :

Mechanically or electrically minded with a practical, hands-on approach

Experience with in production, manufacturing or a technical environment

Motivated, reliable and keen to learn through structured training
