You will work a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern, performing checks and ensuring product quality. Candidates should have a technical mindset and experience in a fast-paced FMCG production environment, preferably within the tissue or paper sector.
Critical thinking and the ability to challenge norms are essential, as you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
