Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. Recruit, retain, and manage a sufficient workforce to meet care package demand. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and governance in line with regulatory requirements. Oversee documentation, audits, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

Proven experience in a registered care management or senior operational role within community care. Strong working knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements for domiciliary services. Experience managing budgets, performance, and service growth within a regulated environment.
