Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team and lead high-quality testing across complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in test analysis, test planning, functional and regression testing, and working in Agile delivery environments. A senior analyst is expected to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in QA practices.

• Analyse business and technical requirements, identify test scenarios, and prepare detailed test plans.
• Perform end‑to‑end manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support.
• Develop, review, and maintain high‑quality test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Execute test cycles, manage defects, and ensure timely defect resolution with development teams.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and documentation guidelines.
• Prepare detailed test reports, metrics, and sign‑off documentation for releases.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and assist in implementing best practices in the team.
• Support automation initiatives and collaborate with automation engineers to enhance test coverage.

• 9 to 15 years of hands‑on experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience in API testing (Postman/SoapUI) is desirable.
• Basic understanding of automation frameworks or Scripting is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
