Job Title:
Data Engagement Managers

Max Rate: £500p/d via Umbrella

Clearance Required: SC

Duration: 6 months

Location:
Telford with 2 days/week in office

Job Description What you'll do
  • Proposal writing and impacting process for both work packages and statements of work.
  • Direct the execution and implementation of the Project, using agile project management and delivery methods.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work with the delivery team to establish a delivery rhythm, balance priorities, manage risks, dependencies, and remove blockers.
  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of delivery using business process.
  • Manage stakeholders and other suppliers to ensure good relations and effective communication.
  • Communicate and report effectively.
  • Be accountable for your Project budgets to ensure delivery of value, accurate forecasting and management of change.
  • Lead and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support. Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment.
  • Predict staff requirements to enable effective resourcing.
What you'll bring
  • Experience of managing large IT projects including integration of multiple delivery areas.
  • Evidence of strong risk and dependency management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management skills, ability to build productive relationships.
  • Commercial and Financial Experience.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with the client, with flexibility about work content with ability to balance priorities across multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Experience of delivery using an iterative/agile methodology and collaboration tools (e.g. Agile/SCRUM, Atlassian Jira, Agile for Scrum, Confluence, SAFe).
  • Service transition experperience with history of transitioning large projects to live service.
The following would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Experience of working with the Bid and Sales teams.
  • Professional Scrum Master or SAFe Qualification.
  • Understanding of Dev Ops and how to build effective product/feature teams.
