We’re looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Telford.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – IT
Location: Telford Head Office
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE
Reporting to: Technical Support Team Leader
Permanent Position – Full time.

Introduction

We’re looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer to deliver advanced support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid on‑prem environments. The role covers identity, device management, security and migration projects, supporting customers throughecur day‑to‑day incidents and larger deployment work.

Part of the Enreach Group, Enconvo delivers unified communications and IT services across the UK. You’ll join a hands‑on team supporting cloud, hybrid and telecoms systems, using modern tools and helping businesses get the best from Microsoft 365 and Enreach solutions.

Key Responsibilities as a Technical Support Engineer
  • Provide Tier 2 support across Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Intune.
  • Manage and maintain on‑premises Active Directory and Exchange Server environments, including hybrid Exchange Online synchronisation.
  • Configure and oversee Azure AD (Entra ), focusing on Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security.
  • Deploy and support endpoints using Intune Autopilot, ensuring compliance and seamless onboarding for users.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, and VOIP, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Assist with migration projects, such as Exchange, file servers, and hybrid AD to cloud solutions, ensuring smooth transition.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows 10-11 environments.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of on‑premises Active Directory and Exchange Server (2016/2019 preferred).
  • Proficiency with Intune for device empiez mis management, compliance policies, and app deployment.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools, such as Kaseya, for proactive endpoint management.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a clear, professional communication style.
  • phony / UC experience (Teams Voice, 3CX, Horizon, hunnico systems).
  • Power Shell scripting and automation.
  • Microsoft certifications (MS‑900, MD‑102, SC‑900, AZ‑104).
  • Experience with broadband technologies (FTTC, FTTP, SoGEA, Ethernet).
