Are you a commercially‑minded leader with a passion for technology‑driven education? We’re supporting a fast‑growing global EdTech organisation in hiring a Professional Services Manager to scale and optimise their service delivery across international markets — with a particular focus on growth in the US Higher Education sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full professional services lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through to training, consulting and adoption. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers achieve measurable value while driving revenue through an ever‑evolving suite of services.

• ✔ Leading and developing a high‑performing globally distributed services team
• ✔ Designing scalable delivery frameworks, playbooks and best practices
• ✔ Overseeing service delivery across implementations, integrations, data migrations and consulting
• ✔ Supporting sales with scoping, proposals and value articulation
• ✔ Partnering cross‑functionally to create outcome‑focused service offerings
• ✔ Improving customer adoption, retention and overall success metrics
• ✔ Driving operational excellence with strong KPIs and feedback loops

• 🔹 Experience in a Professional Services leadership role within SaaS or Ed Tech
• 🔹 Strong commercial acumen – able to monetise and scale services
• 🔹 Understanding of Higher Education procurement and delivery environments
• 🔹 Excellent stakeholder management across regions and functions
• 🔹 Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Prince2) and project tooling
• 🔹 Both strategic and hands‑on – comfortable building and executing
