Digital Lead

Role Overview

As a Digital Lead, you will accelerate digital transformation across the MMB and JNB businesses by embedding digital processes and technologies in our operation units. You will be accountable for the performance of digital delivery, meeting adoption and business‑impact targets.

You will work at the cutting edge of digital delivery in a design and construction business, coaching teams to use mobile applications to improve site quality and ensuring design teams produce construction‑ready BIM models. You will have access to the latest hardware and software to bring digital solutions to our teams.

As an expert resource, you will support operational teams on live construction sites, assist site teams in using technology, contribute to bid preparation, and analyse business processes to propose digital optimisations.

You will support our clients in their digital transformation, aligning projects and improvement initiatives with the outcomes they seek.

• Accelerate digital transformation across MMB and JNB businesses.

We’re looking for someone who has experience delivering projects using digital technology and enjoys convincing others to adopt digital solutions.

• Experience delivering digital technology projects.
• Speciality or passion in areas such as BIM, GIS, digital construction, data analytics, automation, or other aspects of digital.
• Knowledge of the project technology landscape in digital construction, including key providers and platforms.
• Familiarity with contemporary digital trends and the ability to horizon‑scan opportunities.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, from Lead Hands on construction sites to Directors sponsoring improvement initiatives.
