Care Assistant Nights. Telford Hall Care Home

Pay Rate: £12.28 per hour

Night

Shifts:

3 nights per week (27 hours)

Shifts:

10pm – 8am

Responsibilities

as a Night Care Assistant
  • Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
  • Monitoring residents’ health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
  • A compassionate and proactive attitude.
  • A genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to residents’ needs.
