Responsibilitiesas a Night Care Assistant
- Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
- Monitoring residents’ health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A compassionate and proactive attitude.
- A genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to residents’ needs.
