What you will do:
  • Lead and support the Integrated Community Assessment Team to effectively assess and manage complex cases, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements for this Social Work Advanced Practitioner position include a degree or equivalent in social work, current Social Care Wales registration, and significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
