This will be a hybrid role with teams based in various UK locations (London, Birmingham, Telford and Edinburgh). The successful candidate will be expected to have an office presence.

Are you ready to shape the strategic direction of a major finance technology landscape? We’re looking for a visionary Head of Financial Solutions, a pivotal role at the heart of our finance transformation journey.

As our Head of Financial Solutions, you will define and govern the strategic design of our finance technology solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned to our long‑term vision. You’ll be the guardian of design integrity, the connector across business and technology, and a driving force for innovation, particularly in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance solution design and strategy.

• A strategic mindset with deep experience in finance technology design and architecture
• Strong governance and stakeholder management capability
• A passion for innovation, with practical experience using Artificial Intelligence in solution design
• Proven leadership through transformational change
• An ability to balance big picture thinking with detailed execution
