A well-known and highly successful business based in the heart of Shropshire are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support within a team environment.

Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a technically challenging environment!

Role Description . Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a range of automated machinery. Mechanical fault finding Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required. Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted. Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers. Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications Maintenance Engineering experience. Mechanically Biased skills. Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance. Manufacturing industry or forces background (REME / Navy / RAF). Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
