This role focuses on Sales Support and Project Coordination. You’ll handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, build product knowledge, and support pre‑sale discussions.

• Coordinating with internal departments (design, planning, production, logistics)
• Assisting with scheduling and documentation for equipment delivery and installation
• Following up on project status and ensuring all customer requirements are met

We don’t expect you to know everything! You’ll receive hands‑on support from experienced Projects engineers and Sales managers, giving you the platform to develop quickly and take on more responsibility as you grow.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A technical mindset and eagerness to further develop engineering principles
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Previous involvement in quoting, estimating, or technical sales support (min 2‑3 years)
• An inquisitive, proactive thinker who enjoys solving problems and providing solutions
• The ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings & fundamental principles
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in following up tasks

• Exposure to food processing, packaging, or hygiene equipment environments
• Familiarity with basic CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for reviewing drawings or simple layouts
• Experience working with OEM equipment, integrators, or mechanical/materials‑handling systems
• An understanding of manufacturing principles – fabrication/assembly/testing/installation
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (design, production, service, logistics)
• Hands‑on experience with site surveys
