Junior Service Manager (Mechanical/Electrical) £35,000 - £40,000  Life Insurance  33 Days Holiday  Flexitime  Progression Aylesbury Are you a Service Engineer from a mechanical/electrical background or similar, looking to wind down your field activities and advance into management, within a company that offers security, stability and progression to the peak of the management ladder? In this role you will start as a Junior Service Manager, working alongside the highly experienced Service Manager, learning from them and gaining hands-on experience of managing a team of 15-20 engineers, whilst adding to your skill set through internal and external training courses.

Within 2-3 years, you will step into the Service Manager position, using your skills and expert knowledge to oversee the service of pump stations and wastewater treatment plants. You will also be responsible for preparing quotes and ensuring work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner. This company has been established for over 70 years and has excelled to the peak of the wastewater industry, supplying domestic properties and facilities with pump stations and anaerobic reactors, whilst also servicing and maintaining wastewater and sewage plants.

This role would suit a Service Engineer with a mechanical/electrical background, who is looking to step off the tools and begin a career in engineering management.

The Role:

Progressing to manage a team of 12-15 Engineers Ensuring the servicing of plants and pump stations is done efficiently and safely Preparing work quotes for customers 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
