Lead Lunchtime Supervisor

We wish to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Lead Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated, committed and hard‑working staff.

• Lead and direct a team of Lunchtime Supervisors effectively.
• Confidently lead meetings and adapt working to ever‑changing daily routines.
• Committed to and responsible for safeguarding all children.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Form good relationships with children and adults.
• Have good communication and listening skills.
• Be creative, flexible and have a sense of humour.
• Have experience supporting children in schools.
• Have experience in pastoral support for children.
• Possess the ability to maintain good relationships within the school and the wider community.
• Show sensitivity in interpersonal relationships and discretion in professional dealings, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities. All shortlisted candidates will be subject to online checks and a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
