We're currently seeking a strong, proactive Cover Supervisorto join a thriving secondary school in the Telford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and can maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of a classroom teacher.

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during short-term teacher absence.

• Ensure students remain on task with the work set by the teacher.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

• Provide feedback to teaching staff about student progress and conduct.

• Support a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.

• Previous experience in a school setting or working with young people (desirable).

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A calm, confident, and professional presence.

• Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education.

• A degree or Level 3 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
