Teacher of Mathematics

Tara Professional Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a local alternative provision on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who enjoys making a real impact, working with pupils who benefit from smaller, focused groups and tailored learning.

About the role:

• Teach KS4 students the Mathematics curriculum (Years 10 & 11)
• Deliver lessons in small groups, encouraging discussion and explanation of thinking
• Foster an “it’s okay to make mistakes” culture, building resilience through praise and challenge
• Planning and assessment required
• Supportive leadership and pastoral team
