We’re on the lookout for a fab SEND Teaching Assistant to join our lovely school crew. You’ll be working with some amazing children who need a bit of extra support to shine – and trust us, they will shine (with your help).

• Being a superhero sidekick to pupils with complex special educational needs
• Helping them smash their goals, both big and small
• Working with teachers, parents, and other awesome humans
• Possibly wiping a nose or two (comes with the territory)

• Patience of a saint
• Sense of humour (a must!)
• Big heart and a can‑do attitude
• Some experience would be good, but we care more about the person

• Amazing pupils
• Very supportive staff
• Continuing professional development
• Coffee, cake, and the occasional thank‑you card that makes you cry a little
