We are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for secondary schools in Telford. You will support students with special educational needs, working 1:1 or in small groups to help them access the curriculum and thrive in school.

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with SEND
• Support behavioural, emotional, and learning development
• Work with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support inclusion

• Experience supporting SEND students in schools or similar settings
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

• Long-term placement with weekly pay
