Protocol Education are recruiting for a SEND Cover Supervisor within a SEND School in Telford.

The school offers a dynamic and supportive environment for both students and staff. Role: SEND Cover Supervisor

Location: Telford

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications: Relevant experience in education or related fields is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills are essential.

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Ensure students are engaged in pre-set learning activities and support their understanding to achieve the learning objectives.
• Maintain good behaviour and promote an atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Act as a positive role model, setting high expectations for conduct and behaviour.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Able to support and guide students through their learning activities, ensuring they stay on task.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
