Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced Assistant Headteachers for EYFS. We are supporting a south Birmingham (B30) based primary school with their recruitment with an upcoming interim job opportunity.

If you are an experienced primary school Assistant Headteacher for EYFS, who are available from January 2026 or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. These primary school-based teaching jobs can be offered either on a part time or full-time basis depending on your personal working requirements. In order to be successfully shortlisted in your applications with us we will require the following:

A relevant UK based teaching and/or leadership qualification.

Substantial experience working with pupils with SEND within an education setting.

All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.

Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Proposed start date: 5th January 2026

Salary: L1 to L8 (£265.50 to £315.55 per day)
