We are seeking a Senior Tender / Bid Writer to be based at our Telford Head Office, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, to support and drive the Group’s ongoing commercial growth.

This is a senior, hands‑on role suited to an experienced bid professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of high‑value, complex tenders.

You will lead the end‑to‑end tender process while working closely with senior stakeholders to support business development and growth opportunities across the Group.

• Lead, write and manage complex tender submissions for local authority, NHS and ICB contracts
• Support wider business development activity, including opportunity assessment and bid strategy
• Work directly with the Group MD and senior leadership team to align bids with commercial objectives
• Coordinate input from clinical, operational, finance, HR and quality teams
• Ensure all submissions are fully compliant, accurate and submitted on time
• Maintain and develop bid libraries, case studies and evidence
• Review commissioner feedback and continuously improve bid quality

• Proven track record as a Senior Tender / Bid Writer within healthcare, complex care or social care
• Demonstrable success winning public sector contracts
• Ability to manage multiple bids independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality frameworks
• Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams

• Experience with in complex care, learning disabilities, autism or mental health services
• Knowledge of CQC standards and healthcare governance
• APMP qualification (desirable but not essential)
