JOB TITLE: Order Processor
REPORTS TO: Supervisor/Office Manager
Job Purpose: To order process the surveys received from the customer.
Key Accountabilities- Order process manufacturing surveys following a specification from customers
- Accurately input sizes from surveys and clients for PVC-u Windows and Doors
- Work closely with colleagues in the order processing and contract department to ensure that specifications and surveys are correct
- Carry out various tasks/projects as directed by the Office Manager
- Query and resolve any problems you identify i.e. colour of windows
- Carry out various tasks / projects as directed by Supervisor/Office Manager
- Experience with in a similar role – First Degree Systems preferable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Confident using email
- Able to accurately input data
- Able to communicate at all levels internally
- Must be numerate and ability to identify any
- Able to work through available information and provide recommendations / solutions to resolve issues
- Able to plan and prioritise own workload to ensure all deadlines are met. Organise information received to ensure efficient and accurate response
- A general knowledge of the replacement window industry would be useful although not essential
- Team player –, consistent, clear, ability to drive through change
- Action orientated – Able to deal with problems in appropriate time scales
- Driven by results – confident addressing problems and opportunities, challenging activities to improve performance
- Effective communication – Clear concise written and spoken to
