Permanent / Full‑Time – 37 hours per week
Salary: £31,000 per annum

What You’ll Be DoingYou will play a vital role in supporting children with physical and learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and supervising a dedicated care team to deliver high standards of care.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of individual care plans and providing positive relationships with children and families.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and well‑being.
- Step in to support the management team when they are not on the premises, ensuring the service runs safely at all times.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of disability and experience in children’s residential care.
- Excellent communication skills, confident decision‑making and a can‑do attitude.
- Experience in direct line management to a residential staff team.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver direct line management.
- 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays (options to buy or sell leave).
