Senior Product Manager - LED Retail Luminaires

Overview

Luceco Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our LED Retail Luminaire category across trade, retail, and international markets
.

• Own and manage our retail LED luminaire ranges from concept to launch
• Build and execute product roadmaps & NPI projects
• Track market trends, customer insights, and regulatory developments
• Collaborate closely with our Far East manufacturing partners
• Create and oversee pricing, packaging, instructions, datasheets & sales tools
• Maintain accurate product data in internal PIM systems
• Present new ranges, run training sessions, and support sales/customer visits
• Ensure all products meet testing, compliance & quality standards
• Report into and collaborate with the Head of Sourcing on project milestones

You’re a commercially minded product professional with a strong technical understanding and a genuine passion for LED lighting.

You ideally have:

• Experience in LED lighting or similar electrical product categories
• Knowledge of retail supply chains
• Understanding of testing, compliance & regulatory frameworks
• 2–3+ years in product management

A degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering or similar is desirable but not essential.
