A leading third party service provider is seeking an experienced Facilities Management leader to oversee the delivery of hard and soft services across a diverse multi-site portfolio. This role offers the chance to provide strategic direction, drive operational performance, and ensure high standards of compliance and service quality.
Requirements- Strong background in FM leadership across complex estates
- Experience managing both hard and soft services
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and maintain compliance
- Confident decision‑maker with solid commercial and client‑facing skills
- Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of FM services across multiple sites
- Lead and support on‑site teams to maintain safe, efficient operations
- Manage budgets, reporting, and commercial performance
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
