Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.00 - $69.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to provide integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment as part of the ISUDT program in a secure clinical setting in Tehachapi, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver individual, group, and brief counseling interventions
• Provide care aligned with the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate patient-centered treatment plans
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and determine appropriate interventions within family, marriage, and individual systems
• Facilitate transitional care by linking patients to external community resources upon release
• Create and contribute to treatment plans focused on measurable, solution-focused therapeutic goals
• Track and document patient progress, support discharge planning, and coordinate rehabilitation services
• Attend and participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, trainings, and assigned committees

Required Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum of 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
• Licensure:Valid California MFT license issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
• Certification:Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification:Valid Photo , Drivers License, or Passport
