Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications require Bachelor’s):
  Required
• Master's Degree:
  Preferred
• Two years' occupational therapy experience:
  Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• CPR or BLS certification:
  Required
• State Occupational Therapist (OTR):
  Required

• Conduct evaluations, establish treatment plans, and ensure quality documentation.
• Provide therapy interventions, communicate care plans, and supervise assistants.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
