To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, performing duties mainly related to check‑in and check‑out of guests to contribute to an overall positive experience.

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests and issue room keys.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Keep records of room availability and guest accounts, and make, confirm, and cancel reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and provide change for guests.
• Handle incoming mail and messages and use telephone, fax, and switchboard equipment.
• Enforce hotel company credit policies, account for all cash, and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
• Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• When leading, assign work and ensure proper performance of assigned employees in the absence of the Supervisor.
• May make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and may deposit guests’ valuables in a hotel safe or safe‑deposit box.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months experience in hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods.
• Frequent lifting or carrying of up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills.

• Normal office conditions and close proximity to others.
