Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused HR & Reporting Specialist to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Assist with recruiting, posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
• Manage new‑hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness requirements
• Track attendance, PTO, and employee records
• Support management with employee communication and documentation
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and employee relations

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Track KPIs, technician productivity, and operational metrics
• Maintain accurate data in company systems
• Support office operations with general administrative tasks
• Listening to calls and help coach staff
• Provide reporting insights to help improve efficiency and performance

• Experience in HR, office administration, or reporting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of HR compliance & employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to support the team
• Experience in a small to mid-size business environment preferred
