The health system seeks an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. The facility provides comprehensive cardiac care services with both inpatient and outpatient capabilities. EPIC EMR system supports clinical documentation across all practice settings.

The position requires Monday through Friday coverage from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with primarily clinic-based practice using EPIC EMR for documentation. Responsibilities include managing advanced heart failure patients and providing transplant cardiology services. Hospital consultation work is included as needed with no call requirements. Board certification in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology is required for this locum tenens assignment.
