Industrial Electrician - Macon, IL

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience to join our team. This position is focused on industrial environments such as plants, facilities, and heavy equipment sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑minded, and capable of working independently in demanding industrial settings.

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Perform conduit running (EMT, rigid, and PVC) in industrial environments
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, motors, and control circuits
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single‑line drawings
• Install and terminate panels, disconnects, MCCs, motors, and industrial lighting
• Work safely around live equipment, machinery, and production areas
• Follow all site‑specific safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other trades

• Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical experience
• Proven ability with conduit running and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, or control panels
• Plant maintenance or heavy industrial construction experience
