Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable Transportation Driver (must be age 25 or older) to support our residents and become part of our growing team in Taylorville, IL! This position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled medical appointments.

• Treat residents and their belongings with dignity, kindness, and respect.

• Assist nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) with basic resident needs when assigned.

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all scheduled shifts.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support quality resident care.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 25 years or older

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to learn basic technology tools (Outlook, Microsoft programs)

• Dependable and professional demeanor

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• CNA certification preferred, but not required
