Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This is a specialized role focused on assessing, treating, and preventing wounds for our residents while working alongside a collaborative and caring clinical staff.

Your Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive wound assessments for new admissions and existing residents.
- Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans.
- Provide advanced wound care treatments, including dressing changes, infection prevention, and specialized therapies.
- Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care techniques and prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for clinical records and insurance purposes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Proven experience in wound care (WCC certification preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of wound healing, infection prevention, and specialized treatments
