Location: Taylorville Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Taylorville, IL

Schedule: Full-Time, Day or Night Shifts

Pay: Competitive pay + $2/hour Night Shift Differential + Daily Pay + $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Support restorative care efforts and promote resident independence

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional team player
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Committed to providing quality care and maintaining a reliable shift history

• $2/hour Night Shift Differential
