Sales Service Representative

VMG NeXT Construction – Restoration Division specializes in
concrete restoration and general structure restoration
, including concrete lifting and leveling, remove-and-replace flatwork, Vuba stone overlays, coatings, trip hazard mitigation, and general concrete repairs. We work with
homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
throughout Utah and are rapidly expanding.

We’re looking for a motivated
Sales Representative
to help grow our restoration division by building relationships, identifying problems, and selling long-term solutions.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing restoration work by meeting with clients, evaluating concrete conditions, preparing proposals, and following up through close. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction or is eager to learn and can confidently communicate value, safety, and long-term solutions.

This is
not
a call-center role — you’ll be in the field, meeting clients and representing the VMG brand.

• Meet with residential, HOA, and commercial clients to assess concrete repair and restoration needs
• Identify issues such as settlement, cracking, trip hazards, and surface deterioration
• Recommend appropriate solutions (lifting, repair, overlays, coatings, replacement)
• Prepare and present professional proposals and estimates
• Follow up on leads and proposals to close work
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and repeat clients
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams
• Track leads, proposals, and sales activity using company systems

• Sales experience preferred (construction, restoration, or home services a plus)
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to learn technical aspects of concrete repair and general restoration
• Self-motivated and organized
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (email, estimating software, CRM)
• Base pay + commission
