** Schedule Overview:
Shifts can begin as early as 4am and closing shifts can end as late as 9:30pm.  Shifts are scheduled well in advance and are 8-12 hours in length. Typically, our teammates work 3-4 days per week and are expected to work rotated Saturdays.  We are closed on Sundays! An overview of the schedule will be shared during the interview process.
** DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
* Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
* Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
* Record vital signs and patient data
* Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
* Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
* Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
* Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
* Willing to float between local clinics if needed
* Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
