About this role:
As a PRNPhysician with Intermountain Health,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role:
You will practice at Taylorsville Kids Care in Taylorsville, Utah - just south of Salt Lake City as your primary clinic
You will see pediatric patients ages 0-18 in an Urgent Care setting
Your clinical time will be 6-hour or 12-hour shifts, days + evenings, and may fall on a Sunday through Saturday (open 7 days a week)
Float shifts at nearby Intermountain Kids Care Clinics are expected from time to time; requires an occasional commute
What youll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in Pediatrics Required
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
The ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPIC
Previous Experience in an urgent care /emergency department setting preferred
